Returns Policy

I do accept returns and exchanges:

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations except for in special cases:

I try to begin working on an order pretty quickly after I receive it, or if I happen to have what you request in stock then I try to send it on its way to you as soon as possible. However, please contact me here or on Facebook (opens in a new window) if you have any problems with your order as soon as you can. I will be glad to work with you to find a solution that will work for both of us.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

I cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Conditions of return:

I try very hard to make sure that you are happy with your decision to purchase one of my pieces. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact me immediately when you receive your item(s). If you decide to return your item(s), you can choose to trade-in for an item of the same value as the item(s) you are returning. I can also adjust your item for you if you realize you wanted your item just a bit longer or shorter. Simply return the item to me, and I will fix it for you and send it back. In the event that you do want a refund, I can refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs as soon as the item has been returned to me in its original unused condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless I have made an error with your order. I cannot be held responsible for normal wear and tear. The majority of chainmaille links are not soldered and therefore can be pulled apart relatively easily. My pieces are delicate, please handle them with care.
